Past Involvement:
Freshman year: Stevenson College SUA & SCOC appointed representative, Lobby Corps active member, SUA elections commissioner.
Sophomore year: Stevenson Student Council Vice Chair & SUA appointed rep, SUA EVP Legislative Director, SCOC administrator, Stevenson college Programs Assistant, CARE Prevention Education intern, UCSA UCweVOTE campaign chair.
Office Initiatives:
Continue to keep tuition flat, increase civic engagement and voter turnout, work on UCSA systemwide fee, reform campus elections procedures & timeline, establish SUA transfer representative by passing SUA constitutional amendment, continue write & pass resolutions through the assembly on issues that affect UC students and the Santa Cruz community, establish a Civic Engagement Committee under the Chancellor’s office, ensure the protection of DACA students as well as international students, continue to maintain and build relationships with administrators on campus and at UCOP, as well as with elected officials on the local, state, and federal levels.
