As a student at UCSC appointed to a campus-wide advisory committee by the Student Committee on Committees I agree to the following terms of my appointment:
- Be publicly accountable to the student body
- Attend any and all committee meetings of the committee(s) that I am apppointed to
- Attend mandatory orientation quarterly to be prepared and informed about my appointment
- Agreee to be the main student rep for the committee(s) or support the student that is the designated as the main student rep for the committee(s)
- Keep track of all information disseminated at meetings and compILe a committee binder with meeting summaries and all public information to be available in the SUA office
- Obey any and all rules of confidentiality you may be placed under
- Update the SCOC of the happenings of my committee
- Notify the SCOC yearly of my plans to retain or step down from my appointment
I certify that I will serve to my full capacity on the committee I am appointed to. I agree to satisfy the requirements placed upon me by the Student Committee on Committees as outlined by this document but not limited to its contents. I understand that my appointment may be recalled if I do not follow the terms of appointment.
